Garrett Nielson received his B.S. degree (with honors) in electrical engineering in May 2008 from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). He continues toward a master’s degree in electrical engineering with emphasis in power electronics and motor drives at IIT. His research interests include hybrid vehicles as well as energy storage systems for hybrid electric vehicles.
